What is the Collection Museum
We combine Lincolnshire’s Archaeology Museum and The Usher Gallery. We are operated by Lincolnshire County Council in partnership with the City of Lincoln Council, Arts Council England, The British Museum and the Art Fund. We are supported by the Friends of Lincoln Museums and Art Gallery, the Usher Trust and the Heslam Trust.
Your commitment to us
When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between The Collection Museum and yourself.
Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.
Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.
Applies to children aged 5 – 16 years
Children must be accompanied by an adult
Applies to people aged 63 and above, unemployed, receiving income support, in full time education and people with impairments/conditions that impact on their day-to-day living as defined by the Equality Act 2010
Applies to 2 adults and up to 3 children
Free admission for carers
Carers accompanying visitors with disabilities are admitted free of charge
Eligibility for concessions
Please note that we may ask for proof of eligibility for concessions. Examples of eligible documents include:
Full time students: valid student ID with expiry date
Unemployed: In receipt of income support:
Senior citizens: ID showing date of birth
Disabled: blue badge
Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations.
Once purchased on-line tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold.
Any discounts or offers on-line are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person.
Please bring along your booking reference number and/or email print out.
